Mr. Woollen has thirty-five years of project development and sales experience in homeland security, national defense and energy generation programs.   He was most recently Senior Vice President, Program Development, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) developing homeland security and energy projects.    Prior to joining SAIC he served in senior positions in the Raytheon Company, including Vice President Business Development, C4ISR Mission Area Executive, and Area Manager, Europe and Middle East.   In these assignments he was responsible for building and leading teams developing defense, security and surveillance systems for the United States Armed Forces and U.S. Allies in Europe, Middle East and Brazil.


Prior to joining the Defense and Security Industry Woollen was a Naval Officer in the Pacific Theater, including serving three combat tours in the Vietnam Theater.


He is a graduate of the University of Washington, Seattle, Washington in geological oceanography.
